"Sam, Great time was had by all on Little Bolton. Here is a picture of the 42" pike I caught. The sun had just come out around 6:30 p.m. My brother and I were trolling around an island when we saw fish feeding in he shallows. We eased in closer and I thew a bright green lazy ike toward the comotion. As soon as the lure hit the water and I barley took a turn on the reel, this monster gobbled it up. The fight was awesome! Minutes before I caught this northern, our party had caught two 34"+ Northerns in a bay leading around the island. We had five days of fishing heaven! We often waited unitl we headed back to camp before keeping the fish we were going to eat. Literally, it only took a few minutes before we were able to catch the walleye we were to prepare for shore lunch. Wonderful time. I hope we can get back again."

"Sam, Here is a picture of my first master angler Walleye ever. I have never fished in July at Molson's before. the walleye were consistantly bigger. I had the good fortune of catching 3 masters in one morning. The largest was 28.5 inches. My guide was Doc and he knew where and how to get the job done. I have in the past and again this year caught a master angler pike in early June at Max. We brought my god son, age 10 up to Molson's for the first time on this trip and caught many lake trout as well. I will send a picture of my master angler pike in a few days as well. "Hi Sam, Here is the picture of my 47.25” .Catching a fish like this was truly an experience to remember. I caught it on a large Bucktail, after about a fifteen minute battle to get it close to the boat she spit out the lure. Cowboy our guide, Tom Somenske my partner, and I just stood there in silence looking at this beautiful fish lying in the water. With the lure one foot away from her mouth, I pushed the release button on my reel and let the lure sink. Suddenly she bent in half like a horse shoe and hammered the lure again! The next thing you know Cowboy was leaning way to far out of the boat with the net on one side and I was leaning way to far out of the boat on the other side pulling the fish toward the net mean while Tom was picking himself up from the bottom of the boat encouraging us to do well (three guys changing position in one boat that fast was tricky!) Finally she was in. We were all truly exhausted. After we thought that nothing could top that adventure Cowboy said come on boys there’s fish to catch here! Wouldn’t you know Tom came close by catching two more Masters with in a half an hour! Thank you and to all that made this trip happen!"

“I haved fished a lot of Canadian lakes over the years, but none so productive as Little Bolton this past July. Our group landed 4 Northerns that measured 41” and over. The biggest was 44”. This was my first trophy at 41” and we caught LOTS in the 35” to 40” range. Walleye were plentiful and caught on the same lures as Northerns. We look forward to returning next year.”
